“Film art connects young people – FILMY” (HUSRB/1602/32/0098), a project implemented within the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, will present a young award-winning film director from Serbia – Mihajlo Dragaš within an event scheduled for 22 March 2019, starting at 19:45 at the Film Club at the Open University in Subotica, Serbia (the Ceremony hall, on the ground floor, the entrance II).
The event will include screening of the following short films by this director:
- "Sizif nosi Sizifa" (2013, 8 min 7 sec);
- "Vis Dubium"(2014, 6 min 48 sec);
- "Iskon večna duša" (2015, 14 min 8 sec);
- "Nula - Silazak u prah" (2017, 6 min 16 sec); and
- "Smrt Majke Jugovica" (2019, 13 min 45 sec) – the premiere screening in Subotica.
This event is a part of the project’s event series presenting six young film directors from Serbia. In the past several months, the project presented four film directors: Sead Šabotić, Dušan Zorić, Nemanja Vojinović and Maša Šarović. In April, the project will present additional film director.
