Applications of the Priority 1 (PA 1) and Priority 2 (PA 2) within the Second Call for Proposals, which successfully passed the Formal Assessment, are under the process of the Quality Assessment.
On 13 April 2017, on behalf of Quality Assessors, the Joint Secretariat (JS) emailed Request for Clarification to the persons listed as contacts within the Applications of the PA 1 and PA 2 within the Second Call for Proposals which require clarification. Please note that not all Applications required clarification.
Lead Beneficiary organization is required to provide clarification on behalf of all Beneficiaries within the application, via e-mail to the allocated Programme Manager at the JS by Monday, 24 April 2017, no later than 12:00 (noon).
This process is done entirely outside the IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module and Request for Clarification e-mails were sent only to the Contact persons listed in the Applications, and not to the persons registered as ‘Users’ in the IMIS system.
