After the approval of the documents by the Programming Committee of the future Interreg-IPA CBC programme between Hungary and Serbia, we are hereby publishing the draft Interreg Programme (the fundamental document of the next programming period) and the environmental report of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).

The renovation has been completed, and we're back in the offices and available on all communication channels.

The Secretariat will not be available on landline or personally in the Budapest offices due to renovation till further notice.

The Joint Secretariat has prepared a General Advice Sheet with an aim to help the Beneficiaries of our Programme in the project implementation.

The Joint Secretariat of the Interreg-IPA CBC HU-SRB Programme organises Lead Beneficiary Seminars for the projects of the 3rd Call for Proposals. The current special circumstances require special way of organization. Therefore, the Seminars will be held online. Keeping the tradition, the Joint Secretariat organizes one Seminar for the Lead Beneficiaries from Hungary and another one for the Lead Beneficiaries from Serbia.

A new information and monitoring system is introduced for the Interreg programmes implemented with Hungarian Managing Authority. The INTERREG+ (I+) platform will be used for reporting by the Beneficiaries of the 3rd Call for Proposals.

40 projects will start or have already started the implementation within the 3rd Call for Proposals.

The Third Call for Proposals closed on 30 September 2019 at 15:00 CET, with 121 applications with project proposals submitted via IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module.

Interreg–IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Hungary–Serbia launched the Third Call for Proposals, with the total amount of IPA funding of 10.38 million EUR intended for a broad range of Applicants and actions within the Hungary-Serbia border region.  

With the goal to spread the general knowledge on light pollution, the project VoBaNISTA will organize a workshop on light pollution – LIGHTPOLL 2019 between 23rd and 26th May 2019 in Andrevlje, the Fruška gora mountain, Serbia.

The European Commission launched the third edition of Youth4Regions - the programme for aspiring journalists. The programme enables journalism students and young journalists to discover what the EU is doing in their region. The application period is open until 15 July 2019 at 17:00 (CET).

In 2018, the European Year of Cultural Heritage, the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia, which represents the Serbian National Authority of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, launched an online platform www.srbija-projektieu.rs, dedicated to several important national cultural monuments in Serbia.

The REGIOSTARS Awards is a yearly competition organised by the European Commission's Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy with the objective of identifying good practices in regional development and highlighting original and innovative projects which could be attractive and inspiring to other regions and project managers. The applications must be submitted by 9 May 2019.

The Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia – the Serbian National Authority of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, organized the Sixth National Conference on Cross-Border Cooperation on 14 November 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia. The Programme took part in the conference.

Marking the closing of the European Year of Cultural Heritage, the Interact programme organized a networking event “Activating cultural heritage in Interreg” for Interreg programmes and projects on 5 December, 2018, in Vienna, Austria. Representatives of the Joint Secretariat of the Programme and the projects featured in the publication “Connecting Cultures, Connected Citizens” took part in this event. 

The project Colourful Cooperation operates an online news portal providing fresh news related to the tourist offer, cultural life and current affairs in the Hungary-Serbia border region.

The Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme proudly presents the publication “Connecting Cultures, Connected Citizens”, which features four projects currently being implemented within the Programme which celebrate the cultural heritage of the Hungary-Serbia border region.

The European Commission’s Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy launched its annual campaign “Europe in My Region”, which highlights the EU-funded projects and celebrates the difference they make throughout Europe. The campaign will be open until 31 August 2018, and it consists of a Photo Contest, a Blog Contest and a Quiz.

Key highlights of the Interreg Annual Meeting (Brussels, 18-19 June 2018) from the representatives of the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia.

The projects which are being implemented within the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme and the projects implemented in the previous programme (2007-2013) – IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia which were co-financed after 1 January 2008 are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted by 15 April 2018 via online platform.

The European Commission (the Commission) has launched today a public consultation on EU funds in the area of cohesion, with the goal to collect the views of all interested parties on how to make the most of every euro of the EU budget. The consultation in a form of an online questionnaire, available in 23 EU languages, is open until 8 March 2018 to all citizens and stakeholders interested in Cohesion policy.

Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme held a meeting on 13 November 2017 in Kecskemét, Hungary, and selected projects for funding in the Priority Axes 3 and 4 submitted within the Second Call for Proposals.

The estimated time of announcement of the selected projects for financing within the Priority Axis 3 and the Priority Axis 4 of the Second Call for Proposals is November 2017.

The submission period of the Photo Contest “Beautiful sights of the Hungary-Serbia border region” ended on 28 August 2017. The Jury of the Photo Contest selected the First- and the Second-place photos. Voting for the Third-place photo will be open till 12:00 CET on 10 September 2017 on the Facebook page of the Programme.

Strategic Call for Proposals of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme resulted in five projects selected for funding which are currently undergoing the contracting process.

198 applications submitted within the Priority Axis 3 (PA 3) and the Priority Axis 4 (PA 4) of the Second Call for Proposals are currently undergoing the quality assessment process.

Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme held a meeting on 18 May 2017 in Subotica, Serbia, and selected projects for funding in the Priority Axis 1 and 2 submitted within the Second Call for Proposals.

Following the completion of the Applications of the Priority Axis 3 (PA 3) and Priority Axis 4 (PA 4), the Lead Beneficiaries of those projects will be notified about the result of the completion via the IMIS 2014-2020 system-generated emails, between 25 May and 26 May 2017.

In the period allocated for completion of the Applications within the Priority Axis 3 (PA 3) and Priority Axis 4 (PA 4), ending on 5 May 2017 at 24:00/midnight (CET), two technical errors were detected.

Strategic Call for Proposals of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme gathered six project proposals. Following the formal and quality assessment of the received project proposals, the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme selected five projects for financing on 31 January 2017.

European Commission (EC) has launched a campaign RegioStars 2017 to award EU-funded projects that are innovative and inspiring to other regions. 

Following the application submission, the Certification generated by IMIS 2014-2020 must be signed and stamped by the legal representatives of all potential Beneficiaries and it must be submitted to the Joint Secretariat of the Programme in a sealed envelope.
