The Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia – the Serbian National Authority of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, organized the Sixth National Conference on Cross-Border Cooperation on 14 November 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Conference was the occasion for presenting the achievements of the cross-border and transnational cooperation programmes that are being implemented by the Republic of Serbia and the neighbouring countries, as well as for presenting the opportunities for the implementation of new partnerships and projects under programmes funded by the European Union.
During the Conference, the best projects in the field of cultural heritage preservation were awarded. The project CommonHeritage – “Together for Common Future of Common Cultural Heritage” received an award for its contribution to the cultural heritage preservation.
Traditionally, at this event cross-border cooperation programmes present their achievements, and the 2018 conference was no exception. Mr Viktor Tunić, Head of the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, presented the up-to-date results and achievements of the Programme, as well as the planned future steps in the implementation of the Programme.
